About Augmented Woodworks
Objectives
Augmented Woodworks exists to create unique and useful wood products while exploring various woodworking techniques, tools and wood species.
You will also notice a section highlighting Antique wooden radios - these radios were created in the 1930's, the heyday of radio for home entertainment and craftsmanship. This period featured some of the best woodworking techniques and materials, and the top designers of the period and European craftsmen were employed in their production.
Process
Working from a small shop, with no automated machinery - all items are hand worked and finished to the best possible standard. Augmented with laser engraving, laminating, veneering, or stain and finishing techniques. Our custom woodworking creations, such as end and edge grain cutting boards, charcuterie boards, serving trays and more are made to your satisfaction.
